The Meetings with Staff and Parents I Dread!

Keeping People Engaged, Positive, & On-Board When They’re Anxious, Upset, or Out of Control

Thursday, August 20th, 4:00-5:30 pm Eastern Time

Times like these, of extreme stress, grief, and uncertainty, seem to bring out the best and worst in people. Montessori school leaders are being tasked with conducting staff and parent meetings that address a host of divisive and volatile issues: the health and safety of their children and families; job security; tuition payments; confusing online and on-campus program options – all this compounded by constantly changing circumstances and contingencies.

This workshop will cover specific examples and proven strategies of how to guide group staff, parent, and student meetings, and how to manage crucial and challenging conversations with individual families and staff members.

In this live and interactive webinar, Jonathan Wolff and Tim Seldin will help you develop a plan to use these preventative and relationship building strategies to keep your Montessori community in place, in peace, and in partnership, during such unsettling times.

The workshop will be recorded.

Registration fee – $45

After you sign up, you will be re-directed to a page where you will need to register for the closed Zoom meeting. Our workshops are designed to be specific information-rich, and very interactive. The session will be recorded and we will send you a link afterward.
