Scott is President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of UN Women USA and on the national board of UN Women USA; she speaks regularly on gender equality and the global gender gap. She is a lawyer, Montessori teacher, and international development professional who has lived in seven countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe. She has a JD from New York University School of Law, and MPA from Princeton University, and Montessori certifications from the Institute of Advanced Montessori Studies and the Center for Guided Montessori Studies
During this session Scott Osborne and our Montessori Family Support Team will explore our roles as parents and teachers in creating gender equality or gender inequality, albeit consciously or unconsciously. We will begin to answer the question, “What can I do as a parent to help my children see people as individuals?”
